All orders will be sent from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail.

UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

US orders will be sent using USA Duties Paid - Royal Mail International Parcel.

Other international orders will be sent using Royal Mail International.

Shipping rates will be calculated at check out.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please fill out the returns form, and make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed. If you have forgotten to include your returns form, please contact us at FDV1.MANAGEMENT@gmail.COM.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Make sure all returned items are well packaged and secured, so they are not damaged in transit on the way back to us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at FDV1.MANAGEMENT@gmail.COM.

US Tariffs:
The US Government have made changes to goods imported into the USA, and this change mandates that goods entering the USA will be subject to tariffs (duties) payable to US Customs.

The customs duties on items need to be paid to the US Customs before those items enter the USA.  US authorities will not accept items without duties paid on them.

We will collect the tariffs/duties at point of sale when you checkout, and the exact amount will be shown as Duties.
The tariffs will be added to your total cost.

The tariff rates are determined based on where the products are manufactured, and where they are shipped from.
The current tariff rate for products sold on this site are between 40% and 70%.

To compensate for this inconvenient for our US customers, Fumi have decided to cover as much of the cost of the tariff as possible, for US customers, by reducing the price of products for all products sold to the US.

This means that even if the tariffs are added to your cost, your total cost will be the same as for customers from other parts of the world.
